Throughout December the venue has celebrated the 30-year milestone with an exhibition which looks back over the venue's history, such as its opening in 1979.
The installation piece features over 1000 images The Earrings tracing the history of Crescent Arts, the brainchild of a group of Scarborough artists in 1979, led initially by Mel Noble.

In 2010 Crescent Artspace will be moving out of the basement of Scarborough Art Gallery Crescent Artspace into the former Royal Auctions Rooms on Queen Street.
